1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and azjill ("we," "us," or "our"). 2. Eligibility
To register and play on azjill, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. azjill strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with Philippine law.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by azjill or any applicable regulatory body.
- You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an azjill employee.
azjill may request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with azjill. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, azjill may close all accounts involved and retain any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. azjill will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. azjill will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
3.4 Verification (KYC)
azjill follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by applicable regulations. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
azjill accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment channels:
- GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
4.2 Currency
All transactions on azjill are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no hidden currency conversion fees when transacting through the above-listed local payment methods.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. azjill processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. azjill reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of up to ₱200 on dormant accounts. Players will be notified via email before any fee is charged.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by azjill are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These conditions are stated clearly on each individual promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before claiming any bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for azjill bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated. Some games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements — for example, certain live casino games may contribute 10%.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met. azjill reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or through abuse of the promotion system, including collusion or the use of multiple accounts.
5.4 VIP Club

6. Gameplay Rules
Each game available on azjill — including Pusoy, Roulette, Live Casino tables, PBA Betting, and Esports Betting — is governed by specific game rules published on each game's page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail.
azjill uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games, audited regularly by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by trained, licensed dealers and streamed in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, azjill reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to the players involved. This decision is final.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on azjill and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software bugs or glitches
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or using azjill to facilitate illegal financial transactions
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
- Registering or operating multiple accounts
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to azjill systems
- Abusing bonus offers, promotions, or referral programs through coordinated or artificial means
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates other players or azjill staff
8. Responsible Gaming
azjill is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

azjill does not extend credit to players and does not accept wagers from players who are under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may impair judgement.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the azjill platform — including but not limited to the azjill logo, game graphics, text, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of azjill or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any azjill content without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the azjill platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download or copy any azjill software for commercial use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, azjill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from:
- Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures not within our reasonable control
- Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure your credentials
- Any decisions you make based on information found on the azjill platform
azjill's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using azjill, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
12. Amendments
azjill reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of azjill after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect. To do so, contact our support team.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of azjill shall first be submitted to azjill's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
